Prefill profile data for Alice and Bob for testing

#56 set up the ephemeral PDS server but it was a barebone repository that is basically an empty store without any record including basic profile data.

I'm going to try prefilling Alice and Bob profile data similar to the current test account @alice.tsky.dev (https://pdsls.dev/at/did:plc:jguhdmnjclquqf5lsvkyxqy3) and @bob.tsky.dev (https://pdsls.dev/at/did:plc:2ig7akkyfq256j42uxvc4g2h) so that we can add additional tests for profile.ts and others.
