This pull request addresses the following changes to enhance MSVC (Microsoft Visual C++) build support for this project:

  • Fix the project to ensure compatibility with MSVC.
  • Add jobs to the workflow to test the project's buildability using MSVC.
  • Closes MSVC Build Support #19.
