Chat Sessions: Support single view

Currently Chat Sessions view container groups chat/agent sessions by providers. We should explore an alternative configuration which renders all chats in a single view that supports:

• Seeing at a glance the type, description and changes made in/by each agent session
• Open each chat in the editor (or alternatively, the terminal)
• Creating new chat settings, opening in the editor
• Filtering/searching chat sessions
• Some kind of done/undone state management that allows for the sustainability of managing these sessions over time

So with this view I can see all active or done agent sessions and possibly have multiple agents still running but visible from one place?
Today it’s possible to add new chat tabs in the main editor but then they get lost between all other files so this would be a great view

@OrenMe we currently have it now behind a setting "chat.agentSessionsViewLocation": "view" and this item is a revisit of this view on how we can improve its layout and information grouping

Oh snap, I'm actually using it but didn't do the connection cause the new proposed UI feels so much natural :-) if that ain't feedback I don't know what is 🤗
