Looking good!
Tried it both in git bash and PowerShell on Windows and both produce the correct format.
Also tried both dark and light theme and both produce adjusted text colour!

The only nitpick I have is the missing whitespace in the footer after the heart emoji.

Let's rediscover this later on as the current loader experience is wild 😅 jumping to 100% right away and not communicating anything till all plugins run.
Also if we are considering adding parallel run support, spinners for parallel plugins would be amazing.
