Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

• VS Code Version: 1.107.1
• OS Version: Windows 11 25H2

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create an HTML element with a very long class name or attribute (with word wrap enabled)
2. After the horizontal scrollbar appears, make a new line in the middle of the class/attribute to fix the overflowing line
3. Scrollbar is still there and only disappears after switching to another page with no overflow and switching back
4. This is a very extremely minor issue so it doesn't really matter if you bother to fix it lol just wanted to point it out
